Sorry its been awhile since I’ve updated my blog. I’ve been really busy with my other station in Sacramento and still trying to shed a few more lbs. I’m down to 179lbs (I’m trying to get between 170-175 by April 4th…so aside from eating ice, any suggestions? lol. Other than that, stayed up pretty late last night, til about 6am..then got up at 9am..then couldn’t go back to sleep..don’t you hate that?!?!?!

So this week for me has been pretty solid. Been tweeting like crazy, my show in Sacramento has been going awesome, I have a new shirt on and no pants on which always makes you feel good:) Also, I’m on a mission to drop my weight to 170lbs..I have some cool stuff coming up so I have 11 more lbs to lose in 21 days. Obviously, the toughest part is the food..DAMN I LOVE carbs! lol I think I can do it though. My OCD gets ahold of me and its a done deal:)

…so how cool is it that Lady Gaga is performing 2 sold-out shows tonight in SF? Answer: VERY COOL! Shout out to the Gaga-nator for hangin out today..as you can see..she was in a GREAT mood to see me again!..maybe her restraining order against me hasn’t gone into effect yet..lol

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Yield: 2 servingsIngredients:2 McNuggz (plus more for snacking)
1 tub McDonalds Brand Barbeque Sauce (plus more for licking off pinky finger)
1 lg. Mcdonalds Brand Chocolate Milkshake (plus more for bringing all the boys to the yard)
1 bottle Vanilla Vodka

Open the McDonalds bag. Eat one McNugg each, followed by two bites of the Filet-o-Fish (make sure you don’t tell anyone that you eat Filet-o-Fishes).Mix three or four shots of vanilla vodka in the McDonalds Brand Chocolate Milkshake, followed by one shot each directly into your mouth.Rim each martini glass with McDonalds Brand Barbeque Sauce, and pour milkshake/vodka mixture into the glass. Garnish with a McNugg (which is to be swiped along barbeque sauce rimmed glass after the milkshake has been finished, and consumed with pure, unadulterated glee).

First off, how awesome is the weather today? so needless to say, it puts us all in a better mood (unless you’re totally insane and need a refill to your Zoloft) I took my time driving to the Bay last night (I do radio in Sacramento during the week) Even though I’m born and raised in the Bay (San Jose where you at?!?!!) I still feel the vibe of the Bay everytime I cross the Bay Bridge!…anways, I’m the guy who’s still typing right now…so check this out:

 I’ve seriously become addicted to my social networks! I update my twitter, facebook, beenup2, and myspace about 15 times a day! So I’m feeling alot better today..got some sleep, ate some fruit and ironed my shirt:) I also spent the night with my parents last night (not in the same bed, cause that’s just weird..I haven’t done that in 3 or 4 years..huh?) anyways, my mom wanted to “meet with me” about my tax returns for my condo and W-2, 99’s, I-80..whatever..all the same stuff. I’ve worked for 4 different radio companies in the last year so all my stuff gets confusing. It’s cool though, gotta take care of business.

I’ve also noticed that ever since St. John started here at Movin..he too has been staring at my crotch. Strange? Yes. Does it happen to me all the time? Do I look sick to you? Aside from  growing the 1998 chisled gotee and wannabe abercrombie choker…my shirtless self feels like complete doo-doo today. I guess I deserve it, given the fact I live off 4-6 hours of sleep a night, drink alcohol like I’m getting paid for it, work 8 days a week and refused to pay $10 dollars at Safeway for a flu-shot this season.
